Its just going to get worse. Parents who were kids in the 80's have grown up to raise kids who have never been told no and given participation trophies and told they are all special. They think that they should get a promotion for just showing up for work without actually doing anything. They can't be told how to do anything or disciplined in any way,.This is a perfect example.
