If you're being a complete jerk, and saying "I WANT THE LAWSUIT ARREST ME!" I dont think any judge will actually give you a winning case. Or, at the most, they will give you the least they can. If you want money in a lawsuit, you need to be cooperative and respectful and a judge will likely give you the fullest ammount.
