Dr. Drew and Misty Marris discuss recent legal stories in the news for “Wild About Trial.” This week they talk about Nehemiah Griego, who killed his parents and younger siblings. They also discuss Manhattan mother Anne Monoky, who is suing the city of New York for $200 million after a tree collapsed on her in Central Park.

  1. Some people should be incarcerated for their natural lives. Anyone who kills multiple people and it’s premeditated should get life with no parole

  2. I think when judges make these rulings, then when criminals get out they have to live with them. If they think some of these criminals deserve second chances, then they should be held accountable.

  3. There was a black teen who killed a little girl with a wrestling move, he got life in prison without parole. White kid kills 5 family members in cold blood, released back into public. The judge is a piece of shit. The prosecutors are corrupt and the cops ain’t shit either. They let these white killer kids off easy.

  4. If he's man enough to commit the crimes, he's man enough to be tried as an adult. Rehabilitated my ass. Are we going to pay for him to be free because there is no way in hell that anyone is going to hire him.

  5. if her only issue is fractured vertebral bodies in her neck, she is going to be completely fine unless they are posterior. Not only can she run a marathon, but reduced training because of this injury will impact her performance more than the injury itself. People have won super bowls with a grade 5 spondylolisthesis.

  6. 6 years for 5 murders? I knew better when I was 12, let alone 15. This kid IS going to kill again. You think sitting in a prison cell for 6 years suddenly made him a nice person? He's probably more pissed off than before

  7. Lil dude needs to stay locked up. idk but he looks to have a stare of a thousand deaths. They better think hard before releasing him. We don't want another massive school shooting.

  8. He can go to rehab all u want lady "BUT" he would never forget he hasn't a family cuz he get rid of them!! And THAT!! could be a problem for people also around him!!☝

  9. Wow, that kid that murdered his whole family needs to be contained in some way for the rest of his life. If he is just set free, that is ridiculous and horrifying.

  10. 200 Million what a greedy, greedy woman. Yes a tree fell on you but seriously get over yourself far worse things happen and people die

  11. Keep that kid in jail permanently. Rehabilitated my butt! What normal kid kills their family or anyone for that matter. Oh and the day the entire USA get rid of their guns, the better.

  12. Oh hell no!……the only way he's getting let out of prison is the courts order his hands chopped off and purchase him one of those Japanese ass cleaning toilets. Without hands to whip his ass he's definitely going to need it and as a tax paying citizen I'll fund that bill!

  13. Excuse me, if she has another accident she can become paralyzed and then what is it gonna cost to take care of her in that state? Plus, now she has children that she won't be able to attend to? It's easy to say, "that's too much money" when you're not the one that's damaged, in danger of being paralyzed or have to raise children and watch your every step.

  14. Number 1 topic is flat out cold. Number 2 topic is going over board. People are really getting paralyzed. The ginger lady is lying so that she can have reason. Please not on TV.

  15. May God help us all. And let the judge and defense attorney take the responsibility if he hurts someone else.

  16. I’m from Albuquerque NM I live 10 mins from where he killed his family and he should have been tried as an adult not as a minor, the shooting he was planning to do was the school where my brother was attending just thinking if he would of done it makes me feel scared that he will be free. Where he might act out again!.

  17. misty no you can't defend the second case for 200 mil nor 7 figures, just whatever her fees are and that's it
