The K-9 is an officer that is not swayed by sob stories and lies.
The K-9 treats all customers the same.
A spitter is the lowest of lowlifes.
But they don't last long around here.
Our state considers an attack with bodily fluids to be assault with a deadly weapon with intention to do bodily harm due to the chance of spreading deadly diseases and such an attack automatically authorises response with lethal force.
There are seven situations that I know of that the spitter was permanently neutralized and no charges were filed against their victims for exercising their rights of self defense.
