  1. Why was the old guy who had "to take a leak" being detained, and why was he talking to the police at all?? Who in their right mind talks with people who's first line to them is I'm going to use anything you say against you? Police can't detain or arrest anyone for "getting uppity" 5:45, but they can detain someone if they immediately just confess that they're threatening or menacing others.. Don't be dumb. Don't talk to police. Invoke your 5th amendment right and be the only one asking questions: "Am I being detained? Am I free to go? I don't consent to searches and I don't consent to having a conversation with the police."

  2. The answer when a cop asks you "did that put you in fear?" if your in this guy's shoes is "I don't fear that he could do it but I do fear that he could attempt it" cause yeah in reality he's so drunk he couldn't throw a punch straight if he tried to. But it sure as shit doesn't mean he won't try.

  3. That male cop really needs some extra training in how to deal with elderly who struggle with communication. He was obviously responding better to the female so he should have backed off and let her communicate instead.

  4. "Why am I getting arrested!".. I wonder about when people say that when they've not actually been arrested. Is it because they know it's coming, because, truly, they know they've done wrong? They've done something they know they can get arrested for.

  5. Damn the male officer was just being a dick to dick. One is
a guy who the partner clearly knows and the other is a paid professional doing their job. I’d argue both had a confrontational approach to the situation.
