The property guy and family were 100% correct. These officers should be fired. The longer i watch this video the more its obvious they are on a power trip. 2 people simultaneously someone already in handcuffs is crazy.

Cops are the one's who should be arrested for excessive force.
That cop is in the wrong profession. She was being rude and stupid but neither is illegal and she was going home. He got his ego hurt and decided to show he was a badass. He's gonna hurt someone bad eventually or possibly worse if he stays on the force.

Power tripping, no emotional regulation, threatening handcuffed people with pepper spray. These cops are little boys with little egos who should never be allowed to police again.
