Sgt. Linley decided to violate rights today claiming it is a FELONY to record police. While exploring the Melbourn police department an unidentified man approaches me with a hand behind the back. I ask him to show me his hands. He didn’t like what we were doing and after asking for his name. During this encounter, a TRAINING officer refuses to listen to me and even cites that WIRETAPPING is illegal to record police. This place needs updating.
