  1. Wow. I've been looking for a good trial and took a chance. So far into the defense opening statement, this is far more mysterious than at first glance. There is no wonder there were so many hung juries!

  2. What's with that court reporters sucking on a lemon expressions? Or is she chewing gum?? And her hair is yellow and needs toning. I think Rintala did it but the defense is doing an excellent job of planting reasonable doubt.

  3. I don't know. After watching this defense attorney's opening, I don't know what to think about the prosecution. The way cops/detectives handled this, it doesn't look good. This is definitely not a clear cut case. It's no wonder that the past trials had hung juries.

  4. Lady in the green shirt, hair up,hair down, touching hair, flicking hair lol. I have never seen anyone play with their hair so much 😂

  5. 4th trial all hung ? Why are they still trying to prosecute this woman? Also I’ll take that defense attorney for my self if needed please

  6. Strong defense opening IMO. I don’t know anything about the case – looking forward to seeing how the defense overcomes the time of death evidence.

  7. If she is guilty, then the family judge that forced them to live together and “work it out” threatening to take the daughter from both of them bears some responsibility.

  8. What an angry defense attorney! She does her client zero favors with her aggression and angry accusations.

Listening her narrative sounds like an entirely different crime/case. And it makes little sense. What in earth is she talking about? I pity the poor jury listening to her.

  9. 2:33 excellent defense work. Calling prosecution out if the don't call certain witnesses, planting automatic doubt in the jury and pressing prosecution's hand! Well done.

  10. Not sure 🤔. I’ll wait a few more minutes then I’ll go watch the AJ Freund trial
