I bet Albert was a tough guy to cross examine! The lawyer seemed intimidated by Al! Seemed thrown off a lot.
The description of this woman could go in the DSM next to narcissistic personality disorder. The phone calls are so hard to listen to. Hearing her make this all about how bad things are for her because cops are looking at her and rarely ever mention Gannon is a combination of cringe, sad, infuriating, disgusting. Wow
Your child is missing, I killed him, boohoo, but I had to ask someone to borrow their car 😩🙄
Oh, how terrible for her to be carrying on so emotionally while giving him more false hope at this point, (as if some man was in the house and has his son?) in an attempt for her to get immunity! I’ve heard a few of these phone calls, certainly emotions would be high, but does she always carry on like this? It seems like she must because he seems to handle it like it’s routine! I first questioned him, being in a relationship with a woman like that, but I’ve been very impressed hearing him directly.
I can’t imagine how horrible it would be in that moment you realize you married evil, it was one big lie and you believed it all. She was a master manipulator until it caught up with her. Precious Gamnon was about to blow her pretend life out of the water. Poor baby must have been so scared and so confused. She had no reason to not get him medical care except for keeping her abuse from being exposed. I’m sure he was begging for care and if he asked for his mother…. She had nothing of value to offer anyone unless she fabricated something. There is zero evidence she’s a product of life events. Call it whatever ya want but she was born this way.
I love when the jurors are allowed to ask questions.
the fact that she had the nerve to ask him if there was someone else while his son is missing, that gave it away that she did it . normal ppl don’t talk about that crap when a child is missing
I really loved how Al handled the defense’s cross examination! ðŸ‘Â😂
All of the anxieties and fears and the truth is coming out in her panic. She is confessing to what she did. Nobody asks for immunity if they didn’t do anything terrible. If I was Al, I would have said, “Okay. You’ve got immunity. Where is Gannon?â€Â
36:10 if you did nothing you DO NOT need immunity.
What I'd like to know is did the police set it up so that these conversation would be recorded or did the husband just do it on his own?
This poor man. He is trying so hard
Her lawyer looks like he drove all the way across the country just to sit away from her😳
I’ve never seen gaslighting so hard in my life
I've never seen a judge ask jurors if they have questions for a witness! Is that a law in this state?
Classic. Cared more about making sure his love and loyalty was stronger for her than his son. You ain't that special sweet heart.
Borderline personality disorder. Not insanity. Just selfish.
Did anyone notice a voice whisper the word "ouch" at around 5:44:47?
Imagine being the most hated person in one room. Even your own attorneys sit away from you 😂
Respectfully Al sounds just like John C. Reilly
Did that defense attorney just call Al Stauch’s ex-wife Laden???
Wow I cant even understand Josh Toulini. Wow his speaking is horrible
I'm I the only one that can't understand a word she's saying?. I can't hear the recording on her end well at all
easily the most disturbing fact of this case is that this is just an ordinary american woman, not distinct in any way, blends into the group of other american women without any particularly noteworthy abnormalities. considered normal, except for one thing she did. this is your society, america. yourselves.
Only people that had part in a crime ask for immunity. She made herself mental making up all those lies
This is the first time I’ve seen a judge let the jury asked questions during the trial for the witnesses. I think it’s a great idea
As the calls keep going she’s becoming more and more paranoid about being caught. She only sounds crazy bc of that fear. Fear of what will happen to her. There’s been no fear or concern about Gannon which I know duh bc she killed him but like she’s not even faking concern for him. I’m really curious as to what her daughter will say
She pretended/ manipulated her way into Als and his childrens life. She didn't his children.
they should play all the audio from this trial around the clock in her cell for the rest of her life
This lady is literally insane, and absolutely sane all at the same time and I am BAFFLED! Like her thought process, her victim mentality, the narcissism, the animated lies, the grandiose attitude, the willingness and ability to actually carry out such a horrific murder and pathetic attempt to cover it up, the ridiculous thought that this would bring Al closer to her… this bish is CRAZY
However she’s very calculated and manipulative, and conniving, most importantly, she knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s well aware and she has specific intentions and she actually thinks she’s smart enough to make this all work out in her favor. Insanely sane🤦ðŸÂ¾â€Â♀ï¸Â
Everytime she says “annndddd then†I knew a lie was coming🤦ðŸÂ¾â€Â♀ï¸Â
I'd love to hear from the people that were part of her jail calls and hear their thoughts now. 2 strangers befriended her. I'm sure they have watched these.
I NEED IMMUNITY! I'm guilty! Boo Hoo Hoo! ðŸ˜ÂðŸ˜Â
Did anyone notice that Lie-Ticia was looking down & hiding her face while the prosecution had Albert on the stand, but once her attorney gets up to ask Albert the questions she's sits straight up & starts paying attention???
Wait, the Jurors are allowed to ask questions too?! That’s so awesome!! Are they allowed to ask all of the witnesses questions or just certain ones?
Letting the jurors ask questions is so friggin awesome and if I was on that jury, I’d definitely be asking about the time in Al’s first pre-tex phone calls, LIE-tecia yells out “IM NOT CRAZY†when her whole defense is pleading insanity! 😂 and the look on her lawyers face and the face palm he did, he knew at that moment that they lost the case and I also think that’s why her lawyer just gave up on asking questions, what’s the point now when she already admitted to NOT being crazy!!
7:56:16 ugh she's so fashion 🤦â€Â♀ï¸Â
All the officer wanted to know is if Gannon had a jacket on bc it was freezing outside ffs!!!
Sitting there trying to cover her ears and keeping her head down is so unbelievably disrespectful and disgusting behavior. I guess She didn't want to listen to her banshee shrill of bs either! Ugh Tbag makes me sick! Al did a beautiful job with those phone calls. He did Gannon proud. 💙💙💙
