1. This is one of the best Judges ever. He is cool calm and explained everything so clearly.🩵

3. Such a shame that she played this cop like a fiddle. He was so busy joking and laughing with her and as a result he missed all the subtle cues she was spewing. The fact that she simply displayed no concern and was matter of fact and so casual about this little well behaved boy who had just suffered severe enough stomach issues that kept him from school was alarming to me. Her rambling about insignificant things and micro aggressions literally made the hair on my neck stand. Why in the world is having two small dogs relevant when asked what time did GS leave to his friend’s house? The manner in which she jumps to follow the police officer who went down to search was the straw, it was obvious she was trying to distract the officers search efforts and again it went unnoticed. This cop didn’t even find it suspicious that she wouldn’t give her full name until prodded multiple times.

4. If a “future teacher” emails me “What time do I be there tomorrow?” That would be a major red flag! Wow, that’s the state of our educational system in our lovely country.

5. Yeah the blonde neighbor is pretty awesome!

6. I’m not impressed with either side’s council. No one stands out, as doing an incredible job. Clearly, Leticia made it very easy, to prove her guilt, and habitual lies.

15. Just a random observation: Prosecution did not have the hotel gal say whether the times were AM or PM. I would have been confused as a juror. She technically checked in 2.4.20 and checked out at 2.4.20 because she arrived after midnight. When you compare this with the Power On pinging on the rental car when she dumped the body it is crucial info. I just had to come back and watch this again to understand the DA's argument that the car was moving early in the morning while they were at the hotel. Prosecution talks about the 3rd and 4th and Defense mentions 4th and 5th of Feb. Then the female prosecution lawyer later asks the AVIS Budget forensic dude about the pings and she messes up the time zone. Thank God this was only info used as background since it was an insanity defense. Would have been a major F up if it was a regular murder trial.

In my humble opinion what strikes and shocks me most of all is that this step mum speaks to laW inforcemen as if nothing is wrong knowing fully that she has killed and murderd her husbund son 😢 i cannot phantom anyone doing such a thing this is such a horrible thing that happend may God be with the father his daughter and ex wife in such a dif time

20. Why do we allow ppl like this to live? I firmly believe in due process & everyone is entitled to trial where both cases are argued. But with a case like this that’s so obviously one sided, why should she be allowed to live? She is of no value to society & therefore should forfeit her right to maintain a place in that society

    I’m not pro capital punishment at all. But perhaps obvious cases like this should be handled with a stronger outcome than having the defendant live at the graces of the state when she serves no purpose & offers no reciprocal value for that society. Just a thought

An absolute devastating heart breaking case but the strange thing how did they not notice the guilt in her from the beginning and search extremely accurate every inch of the house they would of found him and got her evil witch monster rest in peace angel gannon may god help the family go through this the worst ever 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
