Wisconsin man Zachariah Anderson faces trial for charges in connection with the disappearance and death of Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr. in May 2020. Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, and stalking. Prosecutors allege Anderson stalked his ex-girlfriend and killed her new love interest, Gutierrez, at his Kenosha apartment. Anderson is back on trial after a judge declared a mistrial last year after only two days of testimony. Gutierrez’s body has never been found.

The judge seems to keep forgetting that there’s a trial going on, and not sitting at the corner bar boring people with his legal opinions, mostly which he forgets half wa6 thru the monologue.
Defense: what if anything looked odd or suspicious?
Witness: the cadaver dog tinkled in the basement…?
Jail snitches should not be allowed to testify. They offer deals even when they don’t officially offer one. They know it helps them later.
Jailhouse snitches should never be believed.
I don’t think the defense attorney really accomplished what he wanted to when cross examining the federal prisoner. His questioning was so dull and not able to be followed I was confused. This is an otherwise facinating case with the legal arguments and witnesses.
Wait…how is there a murder charge with no dead body?
The defense questions to Mr Washington makes me cringe. He should have been using the word “allegedly†throughout. Even if he admits it it’s still legally an alleged crime.
People lack decorum. Chewing gum while on the stand. Ugh!!!
Someone must have put out a fresh bowl of candy, because three people are sucking on hard candy after the lunch break. 😂
They should have made the homeowner witness spit out her candy!
He could've found a better looking girlfriend…..
Snitches get stitches 😂
Were Rosario's eyeglasses found at the scene ?
If the guy is really paranoid and concerned about jailhouse snitches in his cell and the cell being bugged, he isn't going to say things about the murder to his cellmate.
I've been watching this whole thing after the fact. The prosecutor doesn't know how to ask a proper question in court or is playing games. The defense is effective, sort of, but entirely loathsome. It's pretty amusing in that sense. But the judge is the absolute worst. Dithering fool.
I feel like the DA is grasping. If this turns out – and I'm holding back skipping to the end- if this turns out that the defendant is guilty he has SO much to get an appeal. What a shoddy bunch of attorneys
Dude prolly buried under that house he denied for that lady
The defense needs to tell their client to stop his nonsense. Mouthing words, rolling his eyes
I love the prosecutor’s face… dude plays the role
How far from the concept of etiquette do you have to go to suck on candy during a testimony? UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
Defense lawyer is thirsty for Defendants sleepover buddy! 😅
If Mr. Williams is telling the truth, the prosecutor isn’t doing the case any favors, leading way too much. Either he’s insecure about his witness being a good historian (I see a lot of prosecutors do this) or he knows the witness is lying. This prosecutor leads everyone he examines and defense and the judge let him get away with it too much. I wonder if defense thinks it’s helping, because it makes witnesses sound less credible. He’s not as bad as Binger was, but man he’s up there. I’m inclined to not believe him. I’m not saying Anderson didn’t do it, but so far they are not proving their case well.
I've been binge watching this trial….I may have missed it, but does anyone know who the woman is that they keep panning to in the audience (behind the prosecution)…is that the defendants ex Sandy? Just trying to figure out why they keep showing her is all….thanks!
I’ve never seen a judge interrupt without an objection. I’ve even seen him make an objection himself in the middle of a person’s testimony. “Well…that’s speculativeâ€Â. Isn’t that the attorney’s job? This is insane.
Oh my goodness. This is beyond irritating. Poor jury. When do they get the chance to hear the evidence??? And the judge is just as bad putting up with this.
This trial is fascinating, so many interesting legal issues.
Anytime there is emotional objecting on either side, that's a "clue" that they're hitting dangerous ground, so if the defense attorney gets all emotional –red flag! It just draws attention to it.
They shouldn't have called the guy from prison in my opinion, he's not helping in my opinion
Gum chewing on the stand should not be allowed 😠gross
Defense I promise you we at Walmart do most certainly know how to reprint receipts and AP. Knows how to find videos
Ugh what happened to the sound
Bloody clothes already burnt to a crisp
