1. What a disgusting POS Zach is to get his daughter involved in spying on her own mother. She shouldn’t have been this big a player in this trial. She will never get over her roll in the crime her dad committed or the interrogation from both sides in this trial. Olivia, you did a great job on the stand. I hope you don’t blame yourself in any of the horrific actions you were drug into by your dad. That’s all on him and him alone! Zach, you are the lowest, most vile example of a father. It is beyond disgusting what you did to Sadie, your own daughter and criminal what you did to Junior. I pray this jury gets it right. You should never be allowed in free society….EVER!

Also having been through this you will become an awesome young adult and eventually a fantastic parent. Very eloquent and the maturity of a person much older, your mum should be proud of you.

6. It's very unsettling how the defense is putting Sadie's every move on trial … every look…. movement…. and in my opinion is a very clear indicator of the weak defense.

7. They should had done like Ronnie O’Neill jr and had him questioned from another room on video and due to her underage that wouldn’t be a violation of the right to face the accuser!

   5:57:18 defense is shaking her head yes while Olivia is trying to answer a yes or no question so that could come in play just the same way da gravely was speaking along with a witness which he has done the whole time and is known as echlalia!

Defense attorney reminds me of Amber beards guy attorney when he said “I was trying to save time and the foundation will come around later” when she talks about the forensic interview and not wanting to play the video or doesn’t know whom the forensic person was etc! You have to lay foundation for accessing a video

9. I have testified in a murder trial due to finding my 9 month pregnant neighbor shot in her home approx. 45 mins after she was shot! I was 21yo and a nervous wreck I couldn’t imagine being Olivia’s age and facing her dad during this trial…if you have not been in her position or even been in a trial I don’t think you really have ability to comment on how she should act and other things! It’s a very crazy experience!

10. I have teenagers and if you imply to them that they are lying and discredit them that usually causes them to get irritated if they are actually in fact telling the truth! That’s coming straight from a 15yo! We had a conversation and he got irritated because he felt I was doubting him or implying he was lying and when we sat down and discussed it (my son and I) he openly expressed how his irritation and frustration came from him thinking he was being accused of lying…it bothered him b/c I hadn’t been given a reason to think he was lying! If defense wants to imply she is lying bring out proof to impeach her properly instead of trying to discredit her in front of the jury without proof but only by her irritation! It’s a low blow

I guess there really isn't much in this trial, though. Jidge eats candy, plays on the phone, texts, laughs, makes jokes & at times jas no idea what the attorneys have asked the witnesses.

24. At 3:04:37 although we cant see her speaking if you look back on the right side behind Nicole (zachs attorney) Zachs brother is watching Sadie who is to the left on the screen motioning or mouthing things to the daughter. Its incredibly obvious.

25. Wow! Wow! Wow!!!! This is a prime example of your teenage kids in today’s era! She should be so proud of how disrespectful and out of line this child is. Because she is a child, minor!! She is not an adult, she is not the attorney on this trial, she can’t even comprehend a question, but yet response was such disrespect and sassiness. She thinks she’s the lawyer in this case, like she has to Challenge and argue with the defense attorney. Way way out of line, honestly, she’s embarrassing herself and the prosecuting side of this whole thing with her demeanor and her attitude! I would’ve never called a child like that up on stand as a witness because she don’t even know what she’s saying, one minute it’s red, the next minute it’s purple! Get together girl if you wanna put your big britches on and get up on that stand, then handle it like a woman.

26. I like how sometimes she calls the defendant her father, and sometimes she calls him the defendant!! I mean really? Either he’s your father or he’s not.

27. I don’t trust Sadie’s total victim role, I feel for daughter when she relives trial at an older age and realizes the emotions and manipulation that took place.

29. The female defense attorney seems incredible intelligent, but her scoffing is incredibly irritating.

    Until Rosalio Gutierrez's body isn't found, it cannot be said with
    100% certainty Zachariah Anderson is really a murderer.
