   42:35 Alex giving Creighton Waters the stink eye . . . I’m watching the various bond hearings and pretrial motions after having watched the entire trial, verdict and sentencing and it’s pretty interesting to see the gamesmanship on both sides, as well as the evolution of dynamics between Harpootlian and Waters leading up to the trial. Judge Newman was masterful in managing the lawyers from the get-go. Much respect 🫡

   It was particularly impressive how Judge Newman put up with Harpootlian’s disrespectful and frequent wandering around the courtroom and turning his back to the Judge during both the hearings and trial.

   Had the finical crimes and side of the road incident come in, he probably wouldn’t of been found guilty IMO.

   I hope his bookkeepers were fired, if they didn’t realize during a ten year period something was wrong that is ridiculous. He always shakes his head up and down when the murders are mentioned doesn’t seem like something a innocent person would do.

   I'm starting from the start of this case. But Judge Newman had lost his son just 2 weeks prior to this day. What an awesome judge!

   AMs attorney is so painful to watch. Speech full of ‘ummmm’s, repeat phrases, unfinished sentences and long pauses. All signs of a person unconvinced of what they’re trying to say.

    Only in S, Carolina as Judge brought up …… is it permitted and there is no law against it to bring in any / all extraneous reasons for an accused to commit this murder.
    However, he said each case is different , but smiled because he knows S. Carolina law states it IS PERMISSIBLE TO ALLOW evidence why and under any trial to admit a cause and effect the circumstances would show there was motive and AM has decades of escaping the law , ,and his wife and sons expect preferential treatment.
    I am praying that Prosecutor is hiding out , when he leaves the courtroom every day. Watch your back.

    I think the police work was sloppy on purpose IMO. I think the prosecution is pathetic IMO. I think he will be found not guilty. Not sure if he did it or not. I do believe he is a liar IMO. I wonder how many families like the Murdaugh's exist…

    I have been in s.c. And know if u get a ticket or stopped they take payment right there . Never seen anything like it. They also have alot of "root workers". Wonder if they r on the case as well. Pure evil

    I'm hoping this is the first video. But who knows it's near the end of the playlist. For some reason the first day of trial in the playlist is day 17. Cuz they can't fix the playlists. For some reason they don't have the money and time to list their own videos they want us to watch in chronological order, on their own playlist.

    The state prosecutor is fantastic and of course I have always liked the judge. He presided over the fake Uber driver case. He's is very good at keeping control in his court room. He has my respect.
