  1. WHO put the dogs up? They were out running around peeing, they were up in the kennels in the law enforcement body cam. If there were 2 shooters the dogs didn’t know, they would have shot the dogs.

  2. 2:05:44 this guy is hardly an expert witness. He doesn’t seem to know what he’s talking about. He’s just reciting answers from a script and not really answering the very specific questions being asked of him. Is this what qualifies as an expert in South Carolina?

  3. Everyone needs to read the easy 2 hour read in trade paperback: “The Sociopath Next Door.” Starts slow, but stick with it. This book teaches us HOW to recognize a sociopath & psychopath. It will change your life! 📚

  4. Did the prosecution ever think that Alec took a few wild shots to support the 2 shooter theory? There was 2 guns for that reason, why not a few wild shots too. He was thinking about this stuff, hence no clothes ever found.

  5. That firearms expert sound like chatGPT in his answers.. Keeps repeating the same pre programmed response over and over again, taking cover behind his training and expertise. He couldn't just answer YES or NO if his conclusions were made with a reasonable scientific certainty. Kinda rare in my experience. They usually don't hesitate to give a confident "Yes sir". I can imagine some jurors being suspicious about his results

  6. Defendant's demeanor is definitely not a surprise. Greed + Power= Corruption..but what happens when it leads to murder? And the accused is a lawyer with shady practices leading from embezzlement to the deaths of wife and son? Ouch. You can't make this stuff up anymore.

  7. how can this expert claim he cant say the gun 33 fired bullets 2-6 but all the bullets were chambered in that rifle, why can't he say they were fired from that rifle, something not right there?

  8. Killing your wife and son everybody will keep you from getting prosecuted for financial crimes,lol..this is the dumbest motive I've ever heard..he hasn't even gone to trial for any of this..he clearly charged extremely high fees to clients just as all attorneys do..if they don't like the fees then regulate fees!!!

  9. Pretty sloppy description of the scientific method for a professional witness with some 25 cases behind him. E.g., “determine the conclusion.” Not sure what that even means. You determine whether your hypothesis is correct by comparing the unknown (evidence, such as DNA, bullets, etc, found at the crime scene) to the known (a controlled example, such as suspect DNA, bullets test-fired from a suspect’s firearm) in order to draw conclusions about your hypothesis (they are likely the same, or are they not), preferably with some indication of probability.
