He's(AM) emotional during the gentleman testimony about the side by side tire tread on maggie thigh but not so emotional during other testimony where you would think he should be extremely emotional and he never looks back at his only son to make sure he's ok during this horrific testimony. Something seems oddly off with buster too ðŸ§

2:00:00 trial starts…..I swear I believe that should've got a warrant for John Marvin's phone ,I believe he was there and had sumthin to do with it and I believe he's the one that got rid of the guns so Alex could hurry and leave so his alibi would've been right and as close as the Salkahatchie river is behind their house I think John Marvin got rid of the guns back there somewhere along with any evidence clothing… They should've warranted and subpoena all the family's phones… John Marvin and Buster knew and or was involved…

Is the shooter impulsively ducking and backing out of the feed room as he takes another shot because Paul is turning to face him? Is the shooter thinking that Paul might have a gun? We will never know.

I’m just now watching the trial. What I can’t figure out is how the shooter shot one multiple times, switched guns, and then shot the other multiple times. With both victims near each other.
I can't imagine why. He did kill them. His mind was not right from drug use, but no excuse. Very sad.

I've never seen so little respect to the jury, no one stands or shows them the respect they deserve with having to see all the gruesome scene photos.
For all we know he could have shot Paul, turned and shot Maggie, then dropped to his knees to finish Paul off then finished Maggie off.
The angle of that second shot that killed Paul and took his brain out must have been fired either by a midget or someone lying on the ground.
Is the defence sugesting that the shooter is a midget? Kneeling would be required, it's not rocket science.
