  1. At first I really liked this judge but as it goes on I think he is favoring the prosecution. AM will get a new trial I guarantee it. They are letting in too much that has nothing to do with the murders

  2. I just wonder if Maggie and Paul seen her husband and father ? I also wonder if Paul and Buster left all these guns around these parents should be accountable for that that. Here in Canada you have to have them locked up. If Paul was attention deficit problem should be really be driving a boat drinking with his medicine and playing with guns. I just don't get any of this.

  3. Alex Murdaugh Murders: " DEATH PENALTY " Plz don't wait for YRS to do it… Do it as soon as he is found GUILTY of the MURDER'S of his Poor Wife & Son…

  4. Bomb threat seemed tactical. Also noticed while FBI analysts was taking the stand it actually seemed like alex cried a tear for the first time this whole case.

  5. I have seen a woman killed over $7 in her pocket, someone killed over a bud of weed, someone killed because the killer THOUGHT the spouse was cheating, and killing for no reason other then just feeling like killing. I think everyone needs to understand that it doesn’t need to make sense to YOU to have happened. It just needs to make sense to the killer…….and sometimes your rational thoughts can’t comprehend a killers irrational thoughts.

  6. I hope that moving forward there will be some type of checks, balances and controls from and among the partners in a law office. This has happened, among other things but one of the main reasons this has happened, because staff has not been able to consult with the rest of the partners. "One of the partners is giving funds by hand. Is this allowed?" "This change of name for the Fudge Consultancy is a bit strange. Is this happening with all cases from now on?" Questions that, as soon as you put them out there, sound weird, and not quite right, and other partners would have detected the strangeness sooner. The COO and Chief Financial Officer was the first one to call attention to Murdaugh's shenanigans, but clearly she wasn't given any authority to call Murdaugh or any other partner to order. Because all the partners were friends of each other, they thought nobody would do anything wrong.

  7. Why are they not asking the gun shot residue expert how much is normal on hands and clothes from a person who fired one ..
Was was swabs been taken of clothing and hands etc reenact and test???

  8. 2:09:00 hershberger in december? December 2020…? Because murders in 2021…boat crash february of 2019…

2:26:00 defense objected to text on hearsay grounds with no exception.
    Judge: sustsined.

2:41:00 HOLY COW. Akex keeps trying to smile at the witness, his former secretary, and she is looking everywhere else.

  9. I know I'm late to the party. I'm trying desperately to watch this trial in order and life is happening to put me behind on the days.
Here's my thought on the bomb threat. It, to me, seems fake. It was set up by Alex somehow to put doubt in the people and jury that "someone is after him"…..hence….trying to make the murders look like someone else did it and he was the intended target. Can we all say what narcissists do? Deflection, deflection, deflection. Especially a narcissistic attorney that has ties everywhere.

  10. Referring to the guy at the end of the video talking about jurors not being allowed to take notes during the trial, is that the norm or is it up to the judge/state the trial is happening in etc?

I know if I was a juror I'd really want/need to take some kind of notes as there's alot of details to remember, especially all the phone data and stuff, I understand the notebook would have to stay in the court building and not be taken home etc, just seems weird to me that the jurors aren't allowed take notes.

  11. I don't understand. The defense objects to mentioning Alex was in rehab. So they redact the text message and the prosecution doesn't ask questions about it and then on redirect the defense asks her to read the whole thing.?!?
