2. I'm surprised about these speaking objections, rather than the judge calling a sidebar. The jury is getting information while listening to the objections, and then the objections are sometimes sustained.

3. How is his demeanor , during a time when fans from the state he was wanted in…were in town…not relevant? Judge is awful..

11. Trial by side-bar alert! Judge seems pretty grounded but for asking the defense (outside the presence of the jury) if they "might object" to some basically benign questions the prosecutor might ask during testimony. I get that some screening is necessary to keep things moving, but should she be asking if they object to legally founded questions? Perhaps fear of appeal is somewhat of an obstacle here. Just a thought. How about just let the defense object when/if the questions are asked?

15. Is the judge sitting behind bullet proof glass? Either Georgia is really dangerous or she's a really bad judge.

16. Theft? He stole his moms car. Defense is not right objecting to every little thing.

17. This poor girlfriend has to live with trauma now and no doubt will be needing counseling..another person he brought into his ring of crimes. She had no idea…ladies be careful who you date . Defense sounds accusatory and condescending to an ex wife not on trial and is telling what she knows. The way of his approach should be addressed as she is not the one on trial here. Too many objections and Judge is not allowing imp. Facts imo. The girlfriend is also not allowed to answer imp. Questions and she has a lot to say imo.

18. I’ve never heard a man speak about a miscarriage like that. I’ve heard guys say things like, “she/we lost the baby” but not, “I had a miscarriage with my wife.” That sounds so odd. Is it just me?

19. This judge sucks and she seems very un organized.

20. People are giving the judge a hard time, but I think because he’s a lawyer she’s trying to make sure he has no room to appeal the decision. There’s no way he can say he didn’t get a fair trial after this.

21. Judge is very narrow minded. Luckily he is a horrible liar and convicted himself. Prosecution had an easy win imo.

23. Prosecuting attorney is far from stellar here but I think the defense attorney, Ms. Wulfburger is the best of the bunch.
