Rapper Flo Rida is suing popular energy drink company Celsius for alleged breach of contract, unpaid royalties, and exclusion from stock options. Tramar Dillard is seeking damages exceeding $30,000, per the complaint, claiming Celsius did not honor various guarantees in their endorsement agreement with him.   1. TIMESTAMPS:
    15:22 begins with audio and video.
    (There is prior video without audio but this seems to be pretty much the beginning.)
    1:54:04 back from break.
    4:15:54 back from lunch. (This may be the first time in coverage of this trial, over the last three videos, where the video and audio begin on time; with the judge going back on the record. Congratulations.)
    5:41:30 video begins, late again.
    6:55:21 they're back. Late. Again.

  2. I liked the questions from the jury a lot. To the point, asking for ESSENTIAL information. More states should allow this. In this case, when they were putting out to the ex-CEO "How did you promote Flo Rida's branded products and was this promotion different to the promotion of other company products?" I am even mystified that Flo Rida's team had not asked these first.
