Mark Jensen was charged in 2002 for the 1998 death of his wife Julie Jensen and convicted in 2008. Prosecutors say he poisoned his wife with antifreeze and then smothered her with a pillow when she wasn’t dying fast enough. In 2013 a federal judge overturned that life sentence, arguing a letter Julie had written before her death shouldn’t have been admitted as evidence. In that letter, Julie wrote that she was afraid her husband would try and kill her. Jensen will now face trial for a second time in January 2023.

The comments are so annoying. Y'all. These witnesses made statements to the police immediately after this happened. And then were interviewed. And then testified at the first trial. They are not having to remember what they said and did 25 years ago. They just have to look at all of their police statements and prior testimony to know what they said and did back then. If any of them are trying to just make things up, the defense has all of these statements and prior testimony to confront with. This all was said immediately when it happened.

Defense attorney is such a b!ch and I hate how she puts her right hand up when she talks. She’s completely disrespectful to the judge and the attorneys, always lookin angry at them and rolling her eyes. She’s just p!ssed off at the world. Judge needs to put her in her place.

Is may be a little off and usually I do not like to comment on dress etc but a defence lawyer wearing a halterneck dress albeit beneath a jacket seems odd to me . The defence lawyers are always particular as to what their clients wear making them look respectable. Maybe it's me as I am not keen on the two lady lawyers attitudes.
Why go after the witnesses when they don't remember? They're all supposed to remember everything that happened back in 1998?, that's just ridiculous and the jury knows that

The neighbor in the old hearing seems very credible. It is such a shame This wonder mom lost her life to a sum like Mark.
Though her life way cut short, she was surrounded by people who truly seemed to care for her. Her neighbor especially. It’s so sad to hear she spend her last year or so in fear and uneasiness.

Watching this old testimonial footage and testimony in the 2023 trial the defence fixates on Mr Jensen playing with the children, walking the dog, his ‘observed’ behaviour as a father. From personal experience, a man can be a phenomenal father and also a lousy, uncommunicative, cheating and cruel if not abusive husband. And that’s not to say that any wife in those circumstances is perfect.
When the best friend of his son is testifying, and he’s talking about the new lady in the bedroom and the defendant standing with his shirt off, the camera shows him closing his eyes for far too long – it’s nasty. You can see him reliving it. Ick!
"I DON'T WANT GET INVOLVED" said many people, literally or figuratively.
Those people have blood on their hands. If anything like this happened to any of their families, they'd be seething and outraged.

Did I hear Ted Vogts testimony correctly…did he say that during one of the times that Julie was harassed by the "anonymous stalker" Aka Mark Jensen….did he say that he saw Mark & Julie leave to go shopping and then saw MARKS FATHER pull in the driveway, leaving the car running, then he heard a bunch of commotion, then saw Mark's DAD get back in his car and leave quickly…and shortly after, Mark & Julie got home to find their furniture thrown all over the house? They made a police report…
Did I hear that correctly? Marks dad helped his son stalk, harrass, and terrorize Julie??! That harassment started in 1991 and only slowed down once Mark started his affair with Kelly. It only stopped completely when Julie was murdered…
I watched his dad's face during that testimony and he looked just as evil and annoyed as his psychopathic son.
