Mark Jensen was charged in 2002 for the 1998 death of his wife Julie Jensen and convicted in 2008. Prosecutors say he poisoned his wife with antifreeze and then smothered her with a pillow when she wasn’t dying fast enough. In 2013 a federal judge overturned that life sentence, arguing a letter Julie had written before her death shouldn’t have been admitted as evidence. In that letter, Julie wrote that she was afraid her husband would try and kill her. Jensen will now face trial for a second time in January 2023.

If you are 15 years in prison how you imagine how he can feel now…?. He is very good. Younger that all with similar ages in that court and his glasses make his eyes harder but I don't understand how you expect that he can be there while is listening all about him…no only about his first wife?. He is fighting and this is ok…because we don't now the true in real.

A mother kissing her child when she is full to the brim of poison might well generate an allergic reaction in the child, who would improve when the mother full of toxins was no longer there.
Seeing the psychology and psychiatry notes being used in this way makes me not want to ever visit one. Also it doesn’t reflect well on the defence.

The prosecutor takes the second doctor and makes this witness his! It shows the defendant’s character in the correct light. What’s a heinous monster and cruel killing.

Oh my word, Mark supposedly grieving is a disgusting statement by Julie’s “BEST†friend ! She lies just like her brother and the saying “ blood is thicker than water “ IS unfortunately true. Disgusting family from the mom who said she would do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING for Mark. The parents have “ worked on†the daughter to try and get her brother out of jail. 🙄
