Mark Jensen was charged in 2002 for the 1998 death of his wife Julie Jensen and convicted in 2008. Prosecutors say he poisoned his wife with antifreeze and then smothered her with a pillow when she wasn’t dying fast enough. In 2013 a federal judge overturned that life sentence, arguing a letter Julie had written before her death shouldn’t have been admitted as evidence. In that letter, Julie wrote that she was afraid her husband would try and kill her. Jensen will now face trial for a second time in January 2023.

CANT BELIEVE TAXPAYER DOLLARS ARE SPENT FOR THIS CREEP TWICE!!!!! WHAT A WASTE!!!
Having watched the Chandler Halderson trial I have to conclude that Wisconsin has the best prosecutors and the worst public defenders.
I watched the first trial and the 2nd trial, Mr Jambois was so dedicated in getting justice for julie Jenson!!! I'm so glad he got justice for julie â¤â¤I love Mr Jambois he was and still is amazing man!!!! I missed ms Gabriel in the 2nd trial but I did see her in the gallery when the verdict came in for the second time she was also amazing in the first trial as well and not to leave out the other prosecutor that also worked on this trial and I forgot her name but she also did an amazing job
This defence lawyer speaks like an actor in a high school play. She lost the case for him in the opening statement lol
Don't get it twisted, csi, DNA have nothing on nosey broads lol. Chandler halderson, Joel guy Jr, Charlie adelson….it doesn't matter, nosey ladies took them down!
*Not all ladies are nosey and nosey is a good thing sometimes
That needs to be a new tv show, nosy broads LA, NY, miami
If this judge don’t like his job maybe he should retire. I’ve never seen anything like this from a judge.
Didn't watch the Jensen retrial at the time. Bored so started watching. He still has the same creepy expression, gives me the heebie jeebies
I’ve NEVER seen a lawyer yell at a judge like that! 😯
Defense attorney putting on her lipstick in court
That's one face I wish I didn't have to stomach again.
Had JJ tried to take her own life , she could have taken all the Ambien she had at home , not taken Antifreeze that caused an agonizing death.
Interesting how we pick who we will talk to .
He kinda looks like a psycho! IMO
I enjoyed the prosecutions opening statement. I liked how she found her rhythm and confidence! 👠👠ðŸ‘
I find this judge to be rude and unprofessional, I've never seen such behavior in court especially in front of the jury.
Wow. Dr. Doofenshmirtz has been doing some unholy things.
What an a$$hole judge. He needs to retire.
Despite the judge's attitude, no one should speak to him the way the prosecutor did. They don't have that right or power to do that. He was very lucky to have gotten away with that. I don't like the judge, but by snapping like he did, he made himself look very unhinged and unprofessional.
Don’t attorneys make good money? The defense attorney that’s sitting in the middle needs her teeth worked on. Just making an observation. All of the female lawyers need some work.
Julie was scared. And caught between a rock and hard place 💔
I like how this sweet school teacher held her own against this pushy defense attorney. I get she has a job to do
But. Yuck!!
And her right hand gesture. Like she’s scolding her!!
The Prosecutor schooled the judge. He can state it like well whatever He had to rule that way. The prosecutor is fighting for Julie and her boys 💙
