While pleading guilty to murdering 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey, Aiden Fucci confirmed he was prescribed three medications used to treat mental illness. The teen killer faces a minimum of 40 years in prison for fatally stabbing the 13-year-old cheerleader in May 2021. The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy and psychotherapist Dr. Robi Ludwig discuss the possibility Fucci may have been in a psychotic state when committing the murder and how this factor may influence his prison sentence.

Those medications can also be prescribed by gullible psychiatrists who fall for weak acting. I am a mental health nurse with 19 years of experience. I watched the video of him “responding†and wasn’t convinced at all. If he was that psychotic that he killed somebody because of command hallucinations, he wouldn’t be with it enough to do snap chat videos in the back of a cop car. His family would also have noticed, they didn’t. His grandma reported a happy, healthy kid.

If the psychiatrist guest host is saying he has scit-so-disorder, he more than likely was in a episode. This looks like government lawyers lawyering inefficiently, given to defend him in court. He is medically ill. Anyone on that type of “Hard Medicines†is not functioning correctly that is so plain to see. Having a supportive psychiatrist as hosted on side-bar is great but in reality; she is not available if clients can’t pay her fees. Although if she contributed to those who were reduced monetarily then , maybe the world would be a little safer. However, I guess we are fortunate “to know her information†about this type of mental illness diagnosed here on you tube internet.

They'll give you those meds in jail just to give em and charge the state to make money. All you have to do is tell em you want or need to take em and they give em to you with no real evaluation. Atleast here in MD they do

his accent is all i need to know about him. i dont think hes psychotic, but screaming out for attention and clout. his mom gives me the vibe she was an enabler of his behavior and ignored him and smoothed it over rather than actually dealt with it. negative attention is better than no attention. I think ppl like that that's on all those medication should be monitored better at schools and when they get of the bus and the Parents should be aware of their children..He should've been monitored at all times his mother should be picking him up from the bus or from school or they should make a special school for ppl(kids) like him.
