The Philadelphia Police Department needs your help:
On August 22, 2019, at approximately 7:07 am, Police responded to the area of 12 N. Millick Street and located a female victim who had been shot in the chest. The victim died of her injuries. Shortly before she was located, the victim was seen on video being followed by an unknown Black male offender. Police are seeking the help of the public in identifying this offender.
