Three suspects accused of killing rapper XXXTentacion, real name Jahseh Onfroy, during an alleged armed robbery in 2018 are facing trial. Suspects Michael Boatwright, 28, and his accused accomplices, Dedrick Williams, 26, and Trayvon Newsome, 24, could receive life in prison if convicted of the murder.

Pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and robbery with a firearm and agreed to testify against his co-defendants.
Set to be sentenced February 23, 2023.
His attorney says he was with the co-defendants when they drove to the scene but never left the vehicle during the incident.
