   Lori is proving just how guilty she is while she crosses his sister and his date. Things she asked and their direct answers stated her motives and actions to the jury and it was great to watch. Hope she continues to sink herself.

    I disagree. I don’t think she’s doing that good. Missing opportunities to object and going off on nowhere tangents with her questions. Not to mention her petty attacks on some of the witnesses. So much evidence not being allowed in is so sad. Hoping & praying that the jury comes to the correct conclusion!

    You guys seem to keep leaving out of the conversation that Lori was also convicted of conspiring to murder the first Mrs. Daybell (Tammy Daybell) not just murdering the two children.

    20:21 Judge Beretsky has excluded prior bad acts. He's only allowing the prosecutor to mention that Lori has 2 felonies with no details. He's not even allowing the total number of Lori's felonies, just 2 without details of what the felonies are. The jurors don't know that Tylee & JJ are dead. I really appreciate Jack's wisdom but I don't think he's had time to actually watch the trial. Lori being a convicted murder has been excluded. The videos of Tylee & Alex talking giving their contradictory stories have been excluded as hearsay. Thank you for covering this trial. It's quite different from her other one.

    I think there is little stress for Lori. She is psychotic -she has no emotion, empathy or concern.

    I’ve always wondered if Lori coerced Tylee to lie for her and that ultimately led to her own demise knowing the truth and that was an issue for Lori. She had to have been feeding her the same brainwashing bs that constantly flies out of her mouth. Great guest 👍🏼

    They are not letting Tylee's interview into evidence because Lori doesn't get to benefit from killing the unavailable witness. So the jury won't hear any of that.
