U.S. Constitution NOT void where prohibited by law !!

We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. That spray burned that guy good and he tried to act like it didn't LOL he was blind as a bat. I'll tell you what if I pepper spray you and you continue to threaten me and come towards me that's when the gun comes out.

  2. The attacker is clearly a life-long bully…low class, overweight and 6'3" tall. Once the spice hit him in the face, he melted down to the little stooge that he really is. Great cops, great video – CHEERS guys!!!

  3. Jason you have taught me alot!!!!!! In legal actions and how to defend when needed you guys are great educating me daily on whats legal and whats not thank you so much !!! And yes I love Active self protection! By John Corea

  4. I thought you were doing a school project ! My ass that’s why you attacked him like he was a grown man … what a prat, the weird way he was talking too. I definitely don’t want him to help me with my homework 🤣😂🤣! Plus insulting people & starting another argument isn’t a good start to an apology… oops 😬

  5. Great video and Ben handled it with skill. I did notice that the officer was hesitant to support the decision to offer to drop the charges if he apologized. Big question for me is how the interaction with the suspect behaved and what he may have said in the building to the police and those employees. A FOYA request of the body cams could certainly make a great follow up video to this story. He ultimately got exactly what was deserved. One thing I did notice is that the officers all wore the blue line "Flag of Tyranny" on their uniforms and even the senior officer referenced how he understood the suspect's issues with being recorded. He knew the law but doesn't want to be recorded either. He was very informed of the law but he knew what you do and was likely playing to the camera. Perhaps many officers I see violate citizens rights actually know the law? If they do not know the law, why are they allowed to wear that badge?

  6. Been following you for years and love what you do. New equipment looks awesome. And kudos to Watchman for quick actions. Hard to believe that mope couldn't bring himself to have a smidgen of humility to save himself from a lifetime smudge on his record…maybe not his first brush with the Law. Constructive criticism: When you find that rare cop whose views align with yours, and they are eloquent with those views, let them talk.

  7. The Apple doesn't fall very far from the tree I am proud of Ben Ben is awesome he may be a young kid but he's smarter than his 17 years he solved he's smart and he's he's got some good courage and he's got an excellent teacher Jason you are a good man you guys are good people I'd love to meet you guys there my kind of people and these fools never seem to learn Bravo
