When a cop pulls you over why do they ask you where you are going or where you came from?
This video demonstrates what a terrible job it is to be a cop. That 1st officer appeared to be very bored. It must be terrible to look forward to a series of calls like that every night.
That CHPig has some kind of medical condition with all that twitching going on. Any citizen moving like that would be perceived as a person on drugs.
In the last minute or so of the video, the bald headed officer spent more time gazing into your camera (at least I hope it was only your camera); it looked like he was ready for his close up. I wonder if he will try to get a head shot out of it for his agent?
It's a good thing that the driver was not a danger to them or he would have been able too do what he wanted and the officers could of had a bad situation on their hands.
