As far as I'm concerned what this comes down to is it's not about doing the right thing with the police the de or anybody else it's about winning the case
I've always heard a fake 911 call is a call to inform. They will tell you a story.
Where as a real 911 call is a call for help. The caller will plead for help, not go into a narrative.
