The more the arresting officer engages with this guy, the more he sounds exactly like what this guy is calling him, a bitch. He needs to either man up and sound confident and tough, or don’t say anything to him at all. He sounds like he’s sorry for arresting the guy and he’s trying to be his friend or something. And then he’s afraid of the guy seeing him out in public with his family. Doesn’t sound like he needs to be a cop Geez.
