The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the suspect pictured in the following video that is wanted for shooting a 33-year-old male victim as he sat in his vehicle, leaving him in critical condition. The suspect is seen exiting the passenger side of a gray, 2007-2010 model Saturn Aura before approaching the victim. The suspect returned to the vehicle which was last seen traveling on Germantown Ave by Bristol Street.
