A Snapchat representative testified that the video taken by Alex Murdaugh’s son showing the disgraced lawyer was uploaded to “memories†and sent on the app hours before the murders. Prosecutors claim the Snapchat video is crucial evidence that places the disbarred lawyer with his son Paul at their South Carolina home on June 7, 2021.

Another attempt to bend the story to fit foiled. Whenever the chance arises, pretend to cry and nod away to get the jury's attention away from the evidence. The man is unconscionable. META data only shows the time and date of the video being recorded. Certainly, in photography, the META data has to be edited and so do video files. There is some data which is automatic but this is normally the date and time, bitrate etc, not geolocation. This has to be manually added by the person who makes the video.
They need somebody else to explain what Snapchat is. They need to fire her.
So sad to hear Paul’s laugh not knowing that his life was almost over. Very sad situation. 😢

He looked so guilty in this Snapchat. He felt like 💩 in this moment, while Paul is thinking they’re having a Father son moment, in reality Alex had already detached from his son & made up his mind that later on when his Mother got there he would kill them both. How heartless smh
