We have not legalized marijuana in Florida because Desantis is trying to block it.
I know everybody is going to come on here and lick boots but he’s actually right. The supreme court ruled that the smell of weed alone is not probable cause anymore, neither is him driving on a suspended license if he didn’t know it was suspended.
When you don’t let cops violate your rights they try to provoke you into a charge or arrest you for resisting arrest. And no I’m not defending criminals I’m defending law-abiding citizen’s rights.
Was he going to medical school? Probably graduating tomorrow….
