2. So her parents hire a private investigator but they never bothered to pick up Chelsea’s car? They left her car exactly where it was until it was finally towed and impounded along w everything that was in it? This is wild to me… why would her parents not want her car? Seems pretty important to the investigation.

7. As a parent I have trouble understanding why the parents have not gone out to the area where she was known to be. I would need to feel as if I was doing something I would want to be around there I would want to be around anyone who is helping to search but being on the east coast and talking about how worried you are, doesn't cut it for me. I'd have to be doing something, anything… it's not like they're staying home because she's going to suddenly show up at their house in Connecticut I don't mean to sound callous, but I'd have to be in the area that it's known she had been in, and even have to go to that hotel and even if I didn't find her I'd like to at least feel like I was trying, do any of you feel that way or do you understand them not going out there? It baffles me.

8. I kinda dont believe her story about why she was at the cemetery and why she was crying. Im worried she was in the middle of some sort of mental break and was possibly thinking about hurting herself. I also think the Cop should have been a little more suspicious about what was happening out there.

11. AAA would most likely not provide service on a Forest Service Road. If I were the family or PI, I would contact AAA and see if they received a call from her.

    This case could really get a boost from the CAST group at the FBI. Have their services been requested? Has here phone been pinged? Her car’s telematics could really be valuable.

22. And this sounds grim but if she was parked at a cemetery they need to check the plots and make sure none of them are freshly dug. They could have buried her alive dude. People are sick they need to be exhausting all options right now. I can’t wait to get up there tomorrow and look around myself.

27. This is one of the reasons I share my location with my loved ones. It sounds to me somebody drove her car there and slashed her tires, because you would think if if she was really stuck somewhere with two flat tires she would have reached out to her parents.

38. If my car broke down in a national forest and I had AAA, I would get my car fixed. This girl was emotionally and mentally confused during this chain of events. It would've been easy for someone to pick up on that. Combined with camping in cars isn't safe.
