3. This seems like some extreme corruption. This is so extremely sad. This family didn’t deserve to lose their daughter then have to go through this disgusting display of incompetence. All those people involved should be fired. This is infuriating

4. So….they were able to call the step mom so SHE could call 911 but unable to call 911 direct despite them being right there with the dead body that was surprisingly able to talk.

15. Chandra Turner was positively murdered. How could these so called professionals be so wrong and get away with it for so long? Unbelievable what her poor parents had to go through. Horrible enough they lost their daughter then to deal with unbearable ineptitude! I pray they have come to have some semblance of peace.
