    When there is proof of abuse the courts and police should let a person file a private protective order and custody order that does not have to be reported to their abuser. They're obviously crazy they dont deserve the info. Even if the person is potentially a threat to only the adult they should still be considered a threat to the children also…how many people have hurt kids to get bk at the other adult. The justice system definitely need to be revised to protect victims of abuse.
