  1. Rest in peace Daisy ❤️ May your pos rapist never ever feel an ounce of peace the rest of his disgusting undeserved life.

  2. It’s amazing how on point mom was to get Daisy to a hospital right away. I can’t imagine how horrendous it must have been to have all of this happen in succession at that age.

  3. Daisy died and now her mother have followed her. My heart goes to the 2 sons. They loss all their family. All the people involved in the corruption of this case as well as the bullies will face karma for destroying this beautiful family. The rapists, the pathetic Sherriff that blamed her, the prosecutor that dropped the charges and so many dirty people of that city.

  4. The saddest part about this story is fact that Daisy just like every victim of sexual abuse and rape, they do not get over that traumatic experience and do not get help because of it. In addition, it can be worse if the person(s) who were the perpetrator or involved are not held accountable for the crime.

  5. bless your soul daisy. I'm from maryville and was in the same class as Matt Barnett, Nick Gromoutis (videographer) and just for shits and giggles, the woman who said "there's not enough blame on the victim" is Allyson Gladman – Carter.

  6. Victim shaming is just vile only someone who is either uneducated or plainly brain dead would go so far as to victim shame someone. This is going to be graphic and that's because rape is graphic. NO-ONE has the right to put their penis or any other object inside of another person without their consent!!!! If someone says no and u do it anyway that IS rape, if someone is inebriated and you have sex with them that IS rape, is someone is unconscious and you have sex with them that IS rape, if someone is underage then they CANNOT give consent no matter what so if you have sex with them that IS rape! DO not touch anybody else's body if you are not permitted to. And DO not blame a person because you think that they have put themselves in a situation or have drank to much or have taken too many drugs, NO BODY has the right to touch your body without your consent and if they do it is NO ONE else's fault but the perpetrator it's THAT SIMPLE!!!!!!

  7. IMO…the fact that she was left laying in the yard, hair frozen to the ground, bare skin exposed, tells me a lot about the kind of person he is. Complete disregard and disrespect for others. The only thing better than the karma he is now facing would be a mop handle and some KY jelly…light on the KY.
