    You need to make a citizen citation book so you can give them citations to appear in court and confess their crimes against the public. Just as they ticket the public the public should also ticket them. Give them their copy and file a copy with the courts. Tickets and citations are documents that charge you with a violation of law. Start documenting this with the courts!

    Just last night a truly psychopathic cop went nuts because he didn't like some "advice" I kindly shared with him. Told 3 kids at pump he was soul-iciting a trespass on me, he did. Just had bought 60 in gas gas station. He ordered me 2 leave. I didn't. After solicit, he SPRINTS after me out of store, demanding I stop, with hand on gun. Surreal moment. Holy crap ! We in trouble.
