I just got done watching the documentary on this trial but strange to me is if this guy killed this dude in his apartment you mean to tell me nobody seen anything nothing at all no noises no yelling no punching nothing? Not only that but you mean to tell me that scrawny young man is going to be able to lift over 300 pound deadweight and put it in his van.? I know I wouldn’t be able to. I’m strong, but I’m not that strong. Something does not add up.

3. It is incredibly dangerous for prisoners to have share a cell. This should not be. Private cells only.

    Sorry… but there is just TOO much conflict of interest there. He could be looking for shortening his sentence right down to something as trivial as getting an extra snacks during his own sentence. Anything and everything that makes his time being served a little more pleasant… I mean… I don't blame him if that was his goal. Could he be being totally honest? Sure. But a caged person is hard to really tell what their true intentions are in giving such testimony.
