Prosecutors in the Alex Murdaugh case were granted permission to call a representative from tech giants Snapchat and Google to testify in his murder trial. According to the filing, a Snapchat video Paul Murdaugh sent to his friends shortly before he was murdered will prove “critical to the case.” The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy brings you the latest on the Murdaugh murders trial.

He’s being taken down by Paul and Snapchat. Alex had no idea he’s being recorded. Alex is clearly heard on the Snapchat.

I honestly think Alec did NOT know Paul was recording that last video, which had Alec’s voice in the kennel. He kept insisting that he was NEVER at the kennel, which was a blatant lie!

I agree the voice on the video it’s inconclusive, and even if it was Alex it still doesn’t mean he did anything. Sounds like a distant voice, could have forgotten, and Someone could have been hiding out on that property waiting for Alex to leave. You kill someone’s beautiful young daughter someone’s kin, as Paul did in the boat, it’s not u common for crazy country people to have cousins and such that want to kill your kin and make you suffer the same. He also had lots of clients that could have been extremely angry about their cases. There’s no weapons, no blood, no finger prints, nothing that says for certain and there are multiple other reasonable possibilities for other people to want Paul dead especially considering he’s had death threats and been assaulted over his killing of the young girl in the boating wreck, or crazy clients to want to make Alex suffer.

Without seeing this video no one should be making any conclusions. So far the state has virtually no evidence actually supporting him having done it, it's literally all speculative so far.

They are saying he changed his clothes after the murder so if he's in the same outfit that's gonna kinda debunk the theory he changed his clothes after getting blood all over them when the gruesome murders happened. Blood splatter would be everywhere with a shotgun to the head while being close enough to also get stippling ( chemical burns on the akinfrom the gun smoke ) on his son.
