The mother of YNW Melly’s ex-girlfriend took the stand Thursday in the rapper’s double murder trial. Felicia Holmes kicked off her testimony saying she felt threatened shortly before the prosecution grilled her about how much money Melly’s manager, Jameson Francois, paid her after the murders. Later, a heated Holmes told prosecutor Kristine Bradley she intimidated her the whole time she was on the stand. Melly, born Jamell Demons, stands accused of killing two of his friends, Christopher Thomas Jr., aka YNW Juvy, and Anthony Williams, aka YNW Sakchaser.

  1. It’s not intimidating a witness to force them to testify so they can’t be paid off like she was paid off, she should be kept in jail for perjury, and her RN license should be suspended indefinitely. She’s a criminal and she is affiliated with other criminals, and she’s not fit to take care of sick people, especially when she says the site of blood supposedly grosses her out. I went to RN school and I promise you blood doesn’t gross any RN out or they wouldn’t be an RN.

  2. Yall all don't know the law.. SHE GOT PAYED TO LIE… MELLY GUILTY.. SHE KNOWS HE DID IT…

AND NOW.. SHE'S GOING TO JAIL FOR TRYING TO GET SOME MONEY…

    HER DAUGHTER TOO…

    THEY ALL GUILTY

  3. After viewing available proceedings, reading transcripts, and finding as much info bout this subpoena issue, I posit that this is a perfect example of how NOT to obtain relvant evidence and truthful testimony from traditionally marginalized people (low income and/or ethnicity). Apparently, she really was not served until she was in California and less than 24 hrs b4 she was required to appear. That was invalid. The warrant was based in perjured testimony by prosecutor & LEO. They essentially derailed her life and there is possible prosecutorial misconduct that should be investigated. Yes, sometimes the state has to be aggressive to prosecute criminal offenses, but this appears to have crossed the line. The state should be held accountable if her testimony about the subpoena is correct.

  4. It will be very interesting to know if the same prosecutor Kristine Bradley, will use the same tactics to get this lady back on the stand in the retrial. For the retrial, the state will have to alter their approach and get straight to the point from day 1 to deliver a KO blow. Last time, they laboured the points regarding the texts and pictures and lost the jury. I would suggest to focus more on the car, who was seated where, the bullet entries and exits, blood splatter etc. That way, the defense may have a difficult time refuting. It was announced that shortly after the 1st trial, one of the state’s expert witnesses died, so going forward, a new expert will have to testify and perhaps simplify some things for the new jury to digest. Maybe, it would be a good idea to change prosecutors as it may well help, or even to get the other defendant to testify against Melly, but we shall see when the retrial begins.

  5. My concern is that they’re so focused on melly from the get go that it’s going to ruin his life and let the guilty party go. As a Floridian, they need to be more respectful. They just scream guilty. Praying for all parties involved for peace and justice.

  6. Seems like the prosecutor is trying to hang this woman. It’s like this lady is on trial. In 23 minutes I’m still waiting for her to ask questions pertaining to the actual person on trial.

  7. When the prosecutor asked "how are you doing today" she ended up saying she felt threatened. It's funny how the prosecutor didn't ask why. She had to have threatened her. Makes you wonder how much ppl may have told them by being threatened.

  8. She should have not stepped in this woman office without attorney that is where she went wrong it's important to know the law if this don't teach people to stay off sm instgrams post nothing will smdh where did 5 thousand come from unreal
