The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating the missing juvenile Zariah Williams. Zariah was last seen Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 4:00pm on the 15xx block of Fairmount St
Zariah is 17 years old, 5’2″, 130 lbs., and was last seen wearing black pants and a black hooded sweatshirt.
