The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person Linoshka Rivera. Linoshka was last seen January 28, 2025, at 9:30 AM, on the 44xx block of N 4th St.
She is 17 years-of-age and was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and black leggings.
