Isaiah is from the 6400 block of Oxford Ave and was last seen on Sunday, October 13, 2023, at 11:18 am, leaving his residence. The male attends Tacony Academy Charter School at 6201 Keystone Street in the 15th District.
Isaiah is 17-years-of-age, 5’6”, 120lbs, brown eyes, brown dreadlock hair and was last seen wearing a black/red flannel shirt over a black t-shirt, black pants and black and red sneakers. Isaiah may run if approached.
