  1. the person asked about if he had insurance on them on the stand (don't recall his name) said- and I quote "not to my knowledge." As far as I can see, that is really not an answer.

  2. The dogs weren't allowed in the main house. Who was allergic.sounds like alex.Hence the raincoat and gloves for no fingerprints on the casings or doorhandles
HE IS ONE SMART SLY CRAFTY FOX WHO KNOWS THE LAW AND SLIGHT OF HAND AND HOW TO MANIPULATE THE LAWYER STHE WITNESSES. I BET THE CAREGIVER IS SCARED. SHE CHANGED HER STORY A FEW TIMES. SHE MIGHT STILL BE WAITING FOR THE WEDDING MONEY

  3. His wife consulted with divorce attorney-living apart from each other-ect. Sociopaths don't reason menatlly as normal people do-why many can't understand. Thieves do kill many victims. Financial criminals do commit murder-happens often.

  4. Maybe there is life insurance on the wife and son with Alex’s father as beneficiary. Then 2 days later his father died and Alex is in control of that claim money as his mother has Alzheimer. Alex knows perfectly well – a professional at creating a go around to get money off the books. This guy is a professional con a cunning individual. He stole so much fir so long. The Wife Must Have Had Money Or a Life Insurance policy. Alex was controlling nag his parents finances

  5. If someone is addicted to opiods, dont they deteriorate physically and mentally? He doesnt look strung out! And arent they deadly? Its in the news everyday.

  6. I knew about the gun residue on the tarp/tarp like material but I missed that it was also on the SEATBELT!! Bravo 👏🏾!! Even if the tarp wouldn’t stick, the residue on the seatbelt is damning!

  7. He is being tried for MURDER, not malfeasance. I am a lawyer and it ticks me off to see people here convict him without all the evidence presented yet. The State has not submitted enough evidence to the jury yet to convict him for murder. The defense case will be super strong in Murdaugh's favor. I don't believe he will be convicted!!!!

  8. In his 911 call and his statement to the police, he kept on saying "they." How did he know it was two people? How would he know? God forbid if I found my loved ones dead. And I know who might have committed the crime. I would say "they" and name them!!! He named no one! If you're so overwhelmed with grief and fear, how in the world would you notice two kinds of casings by your loved one brain matter?! Guilty.

  9. Paul's boat accident was why he got caught for fraud. The law firm was investigating Paul's case to represent him in court and when the financials of it came into play and they found out Alex was stealing then confronted him that morning. I believe he was angry at Paul for being so careless and irresponsible for the boat wreck that led to his firm finding out. He had been getting away with it for years. So if that's not motive what is?? It's been said Paul was always a problem spoiled child. As far as Maggie goes I'm not sure what motive he would have for her. Divorce? Maybe he didn't want her to find out what he'd done? Or was she involved and he knew she would go to jail and he couldn't allow that? Who knows? I'm just curious to what Buster is thinking with all of these videos and phone records placing Alex at the scene after he had stated at least twice that he was never there at the kennel? In jailhouse phone calls between Alex and Buster he has never confronted his dad if he did this to his mom and brother. Why?? How can he continue to support his dad after that?? Is he not angry that his dad has lied, more than likely murdered his mother and brother, committed fraud, the fact that he is going to have to bear the now tainted Murdaugh name for the rest of his life, and that his own future career is over?? It's just all an unbelievably twisted case.
