    I defend this type of arrest but the cop lied to the other cop when he said to leave the phone in the car he said the phone was in his hand when he had to arrest him so he got the phone when clearly he picked up the phone from the center console and held onto it, not when he had the phone in his hand when arrested as stated by the officer, just saying. One example of manipulation and lies to manifest his innocence in wrongdoing.
