  1. I have been following this trail from the beginning and I agree that ALIX lies cought up with him and when he was caught up with I believe he wanted to take heat off him and it didn't work. I believe he is guilty

  2. Do you feel that the state  committed reversible error by questioning (during rebuttal) WHY the defendant elected to have an attorney present when he was being interviewed by LE?

He has a constitutional RIGHT to have counsel present so trying to question why he elected to have counsel present infringed on that constitutional right.

  3. If someone was going to mosele to kill Maggie and Paul why would they go without a gun and assume you are going to know where to find their guns to kill them with. Or not be afraid they would shoot you first.

  4. It's amazing how none of the normal fingerprinting and crime scene forensics were ignored. Think they covered up yet another crime. Let God sort these demons out. They will pay someday and it will be big.

  5. Wasn't there a camera at the church-mortuary, that showed the vehicles in the roadside shooting. Can't that camera show who else might of thrown Maggie's phone out around 9ish that night.

  6. It is so sad how the rich get away with corruption, thievery, misleading, mismanaging funds, embezzlement, and murder. This world is getting worse and worse. Isaiah 5:20. Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that count darkness as light, and light as darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! This world is getting much worse daily.

  7. Ok so I have a question for anybody who knows Snap Chat , so I know you can add sound to a snap chat video from files, what timeline would that video use and would you be able to know if a different sound was used?

  8. Prosecution attorney made huge error in not rebutting statements in discussions about cell phone location. When asked about variability of initial conditions (ie cell phone thrown forward or backward etc) the "expert witness" said initial conditions have NOTHING to do with mass of the object. Physics 101 says otherwise. Kinetic energy KE=1/2mv*v where m is mass. What a huge miss to not throw out a basic fundamental law of physics. Wow.

  9. Could this gun(s) have been shot from the hip? It seems shooting from the hip would be a more sinister / non/ chalet way to shoot Paul and Maggie. As opposed to looking at them down the barrel of a shotgun. That seems more emotionally difficult to do. My guess is he can shoot from the hip.

  10. I don't think it's silly at all…coroner's are called to however many #'s of deaths all over this country everyday an their determinations are asked for and depended on in everyone of those deaths no matter what the cause may be…if his "expertise" wasn't needed or valid..why was he called to the scene..yes of course to collect the bodies of the deceased ..but besides the physical view of things isn't there a responsibility to determine/insure that a person is actually deceased…"for the record" …wouldn't this be part of a routine that people in these positions adopt …30 years of doing this an this time his experience and "expertise" are silly…? Why ? ..his findings do indeed count as a valid account as to time of death… that is my.opinion anyways 🤷🏻‍♀️💜✌🏻

  11. He planned it out. It only takes seconds to kill them, even using two guns. He hosed off at the kennels, then used the golf cart/ATV to drive to the house (Or his steps show he was running around that time) and shower real quick. He took the guns to his Mom's (OnStar shows he went to the back of their property when he first arrived) and went back later to get the guns and hide/dispose of them better.

  12. I think AM was a drug trafficker. He used Eddie to do the dirty work. He was living the life of a billionaire without being a billionaire. He didn’t appear to be a drug addict.

  13. I find it hard to understand why some US states appoint (or vote-in) people to the position of coroner who have no experience or knowledge of pathology (or even medicine).
