A federal judge allowed a wrongful death lawsuit against Kyle Rittenhouse to proceed. Rittenhouse was found not guilty of shooting three men, two fatally, during civil unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin in August 2020. The Law&Crime Daily team has the details.

Activist judges should be removed from the courts or the courts mean absolutely nothing. They must be impartial, and this one absolutely is not.

What about the first guy Kyle killed? That guy didn't have any weapon, as he only grabbed at Rittenhouse's gun to try and disarm him. Kyle could have just slapped him with his gun, or kept running.
Rittenhouse had no right to be running like a loose cannon in the streets waving a gun around. It wasn't even a legal gun, as Kyle was a minor. And he wasn't protecting property if he was running through the streets shooting at people.

If the Left stays in control then Western Society will be gone before we know it. But that's the point. They're sabotaging all of it. They wanna replace the US Constitution with total control under the guise of safety. So until they make that happen it'll be an all out assault on our rights.

Different circumstances but this happened to OJ when he was also acquitted of murder. He ended up losing a civil lawsuit against the families of the victims. As long as his defense is funded he just needs to settle and move on.
We all know Gaige Grosskreutz woouldve killed rittenhouse if he had the chance. He wanted Kyle to die. Gaige should be charged with attempted murder
The bottom line is Mr. Rittenhouse was a 17 year old minor who legally could not purchase a (AR)machine gun. Found his way across state lines violating curfew that placed him in a chaotic situation thus resuIting in 2 deaths and 1 seriously injured.
(There is reasons why minors are not legally allowed to own firearms).
