Forty-one-year-old Ruby Franke, best known for her YouTube channel “8 Passengers,†appeared in court on Friday with her co-defendant, Jodi Hildebrandt, after being charged with six counts of child abuse. The judge ordered the duo will be held in custody without bail. The Law&Crime Daily team has the details.

I keep hearing about the mother. Which is valid. But what about the father? He was present in the home and in their lives, correct? He needs to be held accountable as well. Where is the info on him right now given the children were not even left in his care. They were given to the state.

Child svc's are totally useless. Known for either showing up after a child is dead. Or harassing innocent, hard working parents. I was a single dad of 2 young sons and had rounds with them and their BS. 1st time, for no reason. Just showed up demanding to see custody papers, birth cert., the mom's info, etc.
But…believe all women, right? Women can't possibly be evil or lying.
