Jim Griffin said he didn’t intend for the tweet to influence the trial, claiming he simply shared a Washington Post article with the headline “Alex Murdaugh trial reveals a sloppy investigation.â€

If it were you or someone you loved that was on trial here, you might not feel the same way…maybe it's me idk…but he seems quite biased. By re-tweeting the lawyer is supporting the views in the article. This should be regarded as sub-judicial. If the prosecutor had done this defence would be screaming for a retrial.

For the record. Take that disreputable attorney’s name down and make it known through out the legal profession that his ethics are VERY compromised and therefore hiring him would be bad for business. It may not be illegal, but that doesn’t mean his actions are immune from backlash or consequences by his own professional community. No need to punish out-right. His Tweeting actions will come back to him if he keep up a legal character as such.
