12. The mother didn't send her daughter with him. She was at work and he picked the son up from the grandmother's house and she wanted to go with him. She never should have been allowed to go with this monster. The grandmother had no business letting that child go with him. He is not her dad and he is a RSO whose offense was with a girl under 13.
